Lina Salazar is part of the LEXIA Insights & Solutions circle of experts. Lina is the founder of Live Well, a Washington D.C.-based health coaching platform that works with businesses and women. Lina is also the creator of the program Food Sanity. Prior to this work, Lina worked for several years in international development, passing through entities such as the OECD in Paris and the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington D.C.
Lina holds a double master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University, and Sciences Po in Paris. She is a political scientist and a lawyer from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. Additionally, Lina is a Coach in Health and Integrative Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
In line with another of her passions, sustainable food systems, Lina is a board member of Community Foodworks, a nonprofit organization that operates local agricultural markets in low-income areas of Washington, D.C. Lina writes for Thrive Global, and has been interviewed on the podcasts Lunch Agenda, Simple Roots, pineapple radio, Unbreakable You and A-Cup.
In her spare time, Lina walks, watches animal documentaries and loves to read about neuroscience.
