At LEXIA*, we are committed to a culture of integrity, transparency,

responsibility, and accountability; therefore, as part of our quality

management system, we have formalized and implemented an Integrity Policy which

is general and of mandatory compliance for all directors, employees,

workers, and any other person who performs activities for LEXIA. The

policy is also applicable, as the case may be, to its business partners, suppliers,

service providers, contractors, advisors, and consultants, among others. As

part of this Integrity Policy, LEXIA has implemented and published its Code

of Conduct, which establishes the principles and rules governing the conduct of

everyone within the company. Due compliance with the Integrity Policy

and the Code of Conduct, as well as conduct always framed

within our values are, at the same time, a commitment and requirement for

all employees of the company.
